vehicle crime prevention advise

Good Afternoon,

While on foot patrol PC Marchant and PCSO Westley came across a vehicle where the passenger window was open, checks were made to see if the vehicle was lost or stolen  The vehicle was shown to be registered to a local address, officers went to the address and informed the owner that the window was open providing crime prevention advise.
